Reserve your place...

Congratulations on your acceptance! Your first step is to reserve your place at Cornell University. Return to your online decision letter to respond and submit the non-refundable $400 deposit.

 

Reply online 

Go to your application status page and log in using the password you created to view your online admission decision. Complete and submit the form and pay your $400 deposit.

We will reserve a place in the class for you when we receive your enrollment deposit. The enrollment deposit is due within 30 days from the date of your admission offer.

 

Check Your To Do List

Visit newstudents.cornell.edu and check your “To Do List” to prepare for your new life at Cornell. Find out everything from how to set up your email account to what happens on move-in day.

 

Housing and Dining Sign-Ups

Options are available online for on-campus housing and dining. If you prefer to live off campus, we can help you explore those dining options too.

 

For Fall Transfer International Students Only

If you will require an I-20 form (Certificate of Eligibility for a Student Status Visa), we must receive certification that you will have sufficient financial resources at your disposal for the entire period of time you are enrolled at Cornell. Your Declaration of Finances form must be completed and returned as soon as possible. Upon receipt of the Declaration of Finances form and your enrollment deposit, we will send you the I-20 form, which you must take with you when you apply to the American Embassy or Consulate for a visa.
